It is not charging

@cskamga possibly a bad battery. First check your charging cable. Check to make sure that the connectors are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out.

If all of that is okay, replace the battery and then re-evaluate. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video

While you work on your headphones, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
