My phone screen is powered on but it's not working or responsive. Even after multiple hard restarts it's still not working. The screen has been changed, the phone has been erased, the battery is just a little bit swollen... But in all the screen still isn't responsive.

@ehimen the absolute very first thing you want to do is to replace the battery. There is no such thing as "just a little bit swollen". You are asking for trouble by continuing to use it. Remember, the battery is right under the display and just a bit of pressure from behind on the display can cause issues. Replace the battery, then re-evaluate. Let us know if your phone vibrates when you turn your phone on.
