Ear buds Bluetooth issue

Hi guys

I have anker liberty 3 pro earbuds

The issue is the earbuds not appear on my phone Bluetooth device, i tried 4 diffrent phones and laptop but still some issue not appearing

Noteved that it fully charged and when i pull it out of tge case it make starting sound normally.

Plz any idea could help me
