Hi Paman, have you tried reinstalling the OS?

You could’ve flashed wrong version OS to it or you could’ve done a dirty flash meaning you didn’t wipe Data, cache partitions Before flashing… there could be many reasons why it’s looping you’d have to be more specific on the procedures you used to flash It as well as the OS you installed on it to be able to give an answer to the question
