Hi,
You’re description is very vague, however if you’re describing the cable then you need to use a multimeter to check if there is voltage at the cable end.
If you have voltage at the cable then you could do a reset (look up reset no data loss for your device) to see if this resolves the problem.
If there is no voltage at the cable end then you should try another power outlet first - if you still have no voltage on the cable then either your cable is damaged or the plug pack no longer works and may need replacement.
If you have voltage at the cable end then your issue extends to a component part on the laptop - this could be anything from charging socket itself needing cleaning or has failed, to an charging system IC that is faulty.
If the onboard charging system is faulty then you may need to take the laptop to a repairer for assessment.

I also have the same issue only that my PC is off and I don't know how to turn it on so that reset it
