Missing part of picture during playback.

Part of the picture is missing during playback when I play previous recorded tapes. I'm thinking its a playback head problem. Does anyone have instructions for a fix?

@rad61033 let us know which "Part of the picture is missing". I wonder if it is missing in playback or if it is missing from the recording.
