Craftsman air compressor screws

I have a Model # 16957 Official Craftsman air compressor that has some weird screw heads. They have a nipple and a slot Can someone help with identifying these? Sorry the pic isn't very good the screw head is inside the shroud

Looks like a type of security or tamper proof screw head.

Can't find the exact driver but you could try using an appropriately sized snake eye bit (aka spanner bit - examples only) and see if that works.
