SX620 -- replace broken lens assembly

How do I disassemble a Canon SX620 to remove the lens assembly?

Is there a video or step-by-step instructions anywhere online?

I have the covers off and I can see a bunch of different ways that lens assembly might be attached and connected. But it's not obvious how to remove the lens assembly without damaging the surviving parts.

I have four (4) SX620 cameras, all with various issues. So I have spare parts

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Unfortunately there are no how to videos for this model. Once the rear cover is off, need to take rear shielding out, then unplug flexes and lightly bend them out of the way, the lens unit just pushes backwards out of the camera once all flexes are out of the way should come out no issues. Some people prefer to take the main pcb out before pushing the lens unit out for a safer practice. Good luck!
