I am trying to find someone to repair my Oster 16 speed Kitchen Center base. While I was using it to mix a batter, I could not change the speed and then I could small something. I have not attempted to open the unit up. It seems to be stuck in one speed. I have all of the attachments and would hate to throw this in the trash.

Sorry for the late response. I hope you still have the unit. So after watching the video, I believe the problem lies in the circuit board. You will need to take it out of the machine carefully. It is probably an issue with a resistor, regulator, or timer. As I have not removed a board from one myself, I cannot say without seeing an image of it.
