Well do the following:
- Force Reboot Your Android Device.
- Remove the Battery from Your Phone.
- Fix Samsung Blue Screen with DroidKit.
- Reinsert Your SIM Card and SD Card.
- Update Your Android Version.
- Factory Reset Your Android Phone

Here are a few solutions that you can try:
- Force reboot your android device.
- remove the battery and disconnect the charger if it's plugged and then try to switch it on.
- Factory reset your phone in recovery mode.
