The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), or simply the Super Nintendo, is a 16bit gaming console released by Nintendo in 1990. The Super Nintendo was one of the best sellers of its time and still has a large fanbase today.

Snes strange sound issues.

My snes board is shvc-cpu-01. it has the removable sound module and my system is having some strange audio behavior. I replaced all the capacitors except for the 1000uf 25v rubycon at c67 because it seemed ok. Replacing the capacitors did nothing so i'm thinking that the sound module may be bad. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated. Here's an example of what i mean: https://youtu.be/axiNo6s4dKQ

Hi!

This is strange and not common at all...

I think your only options are left to change the sound module. Also check the pin connector on the motherboard, could be something wrong there as well.

Those are the only 2 things I can think of at this moment..
