For the Ergo K860, you can get replacement key caps, and key springs on ebay, and on laptopkeyreplacements.com

(I notice that it's possible to get key caps for both US and EU layout boards - some of the punctuation keys are different between the two)

Yes, it's possible to get individual replacement keys for the Logitech K860 keyboard, but it can be a bit tricky. Logitech doesn’t typically sell individual keycaps directly. For the best results, you’ll want to ensure that any replacement key you get matches the layout and style of the original keys on your K860.

What?! This is a solution?!.

Yes, then where?. If it's tricky and logitech 'typically doesn't sell keycaps', WHERE?.

Obviously you would find replacements, buy another, take whatever keycaps you need and put them in the 'problematic' one. Sell the rest of the set on ebay.

Fair warning: For starters the common US layouts SHiFT, INTRO on ebay and mainly half of the keycaps you can buy DOES NOT SIT WELL between localized version, these ergonomic wavy 'keyboard' are picky. It's not only the stamping on the top, almost none key match the other plastic shape for example German QWERTZ (it is typo qwertZ) keycaps of T and N break easy, there is at least TWO plastics molds of that keys for german that wouldn't fit WELL between old and modern T and N versions, and that's it's just buying straight a new keyboard one year apart on Amazon, good luck finding SKU's per keycap set.
