Is my laptop bricked?

I was using my laptop while plugged in and the power went out for like 1 second, the PC flashed a black screen for a sec as it has always done when the charter is disconnected but now it won't charge, no LED when I plug it in now and I don't have a multimeter to test the adapter

@andresfeli64546 besides not charging, does it still function? Does it still turn on etc?

The laptop still turns on normally thus far and it managed to charge after I did a CMOS reset and let the charger rest for a bit, I think this now means I need to get a surge protector since the power in my house has been going on and off intermittently.
