My phone screen touches on its own and opening apps and items at will. i changed the screen but it keeps happening.

Charger plays a big role here. Please use only authentic chargers for the best and efficient performance. Third party apps are also responsible for this and software glitch or bug can be the reason behind the opening apps automatically.
