My Pc crashes/freeze when installing a Display Adapter

I have tried to download the adapter manual but still it doesnt function and also it shutdown and restart if it stays idle for 10sec without performing any work

Confused by your question.

Are you trying to replace the discrete Raedon GPU on the motherboard or update the graphics adapter drivers?
