How to open the sleeping monitor

I tried to open a pc that i found and then it cant open the monitor,the monitor say "The monitor is sleep"

What is the make and model number of the monitor?

Can you view the monitor's On Screen Display (OSD) menus?

Have you proved that the PC is OK by connecting it to another known working monitor?
