Why my charger not charging?

powervcord ok , and have 220 vac goto pcb . but not charging

@alnassersm74873 the charger is a Dewalt DCB183-XJ? Have you opened it up? Have you checked your battery just to make sure that the battery is not the issue here. what else have you tried
