Why is it too slow?
Whenever I on it . It takes lot of time to start and work really slow and sometimes crashes while working

Well I will suggest you to try a good PC optimizer software which will help you in fixing the issue of slow pc. So time we have so much junk files in our system which we are not aware of which make are system slow.
So doing the process of deleting the hidden junk file manually is not possible. So for that reason I will suggest you to try good PC optimizer software like Advanced system optimizer or CCleaner.
