My tail light is out

Hello, and thank you to anyone who can help. I have a 2013 Cadillac SRX. The auto repair shop say it will be over $600 to fix my tail light saying because they have to rewire it. The only thing I need is the light bulb changed. Could someone explain to me how O could fix it myself please? Thank you.

Here's an image that shows how to replace the tail light in your vehicle and also the wiring diagram if it is a wiring problem, as they said.
