My laptop crashes when I run some heavy tasks on it, for example multiple open browser tab/windows, watching some hight graphics video or gaming on it. Its a gaming laptop but I am not able to run the simplest games on it. I jave tried formatting the OS drive and resetting windows as well, but no luck. Please suggest me some solutions.

Hi Ajeet!
Could be multiple things.
First I advise you to update the BIOS to the newest version.
After this, please ran the system diagnostics (for HP it was F12 in the boot menu so far I can remember) to check your RAM and SSD and CPU.

Hi I have your same laptop and have dealt with this problem for about 2 years. I had basically given up on it, but I took the case off and tried reapplying thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. While taking off the cooler, I found tons of dust clogging up the vents from the inside, and I cleaned the vents and fans using an air blower and a small brush. I can now play the same games I used to be able to, and i'm pretty sure it was just the dust. Hope this helps!
