It indicate that your ink absorber has fulled and need to be replaced. You need to do soft reset via adjustment program. Be careful when use this small program.

Hope this will answer your question.

On the L3150, all lights flashing at once is not the ink pad signal. Epson's L3150 User's Guide (product light status table) lists these patterns:

  • All lights flashing: paper or protective material is stuck inside the printer. Open the front cover, remove any jammed paper, and check for leftover tape or packing pieces (worth checking on a new or recently moved printer). Then turn it off and on again. If it keeps flashing, Epson says to contact support.
  • Power and paper lights flashing at the same time: an ink pad is nearing or at the end of its service life. This is the waste ink pad signal.
  • Power and paper lights flashing one after the other: the borderless printing ink pad is nearing or at the end of its service life.
  • Paper light flashing on its own: paper jam.
  • Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct lights flashing: Wi-Fi connection error. Press the Wi-Fi button to clear it.

So check exactly which lights are flashing before doing anything to the ink pad counter. If it really is all of them, look for something stuck in the paper path first: a small torn piece of paper near the rollers is easy to miss. A torch through the front cover and down the rear paper feeder helps.
