Why doesnt install games normally

I have the xbox one s i try to install my disc but it just does not want to install it keeps pausing

Hi!

Okay, is the Xbox up to date? Did you tried a factory reset? Since when did it happen? Does the drive make weird sounds? Are the downloaded games fine?
