@navneetkri55864 you are not providing us with a lot of information. At least we will need to know the model number of your TV. It would also be helpful to see what your TV displays.
Common error ms that can cause double vision are the T-Con board as well as the mainboard. Yes, it is also possible that this is a panel error. Start with your T-con board.
