Greetings Otaku,
Have you checked the fluid level for the power steering fluid? Is the belt slipping or missing from the power steering pump? In addition to this a sudden heavy steering issue is a symptom of a failing or failed lower ball joint.
The camera I would start by checking fuses, wire harness specifically where the camera goes into the back trunk and connections.
