I know this is a year old, but you can find these in the iFixIt store:

Surface Pro 9 Adhesive Strips

For the speaker mesh, I have solved this two different ways.

1: ignored it, and left unreplaced

2: got a cheap for parts only surface from ebay and stripped them from there (not sure if the 9 uses the same mesh as earlier models)
