Lens keep retreating and shut down camera?
Lens keeps retreating so can’t take pictures ?

try disassembling the camera and cleaning the lens moteur and lens though this can be rather complex and make sure that the camera is completely powered down as it is very easy to blow a capacitor on cameras, good luck.
