If there's an internal shorting problem with the amp, then there's not much you can do yourself - the amp will need to be professionally repaired. Double-check all your power wiring to the amp. Disconnect everything from the amp except for power, ground, and remote turn-on. If the amp doesn't blow a fuse, then there might be a problem with the speakers or speaker wiring that is causing a short. Track down any wiring shorts or damaged equipment attached to the amp. The first step in diagnosing a problem amp is to fix everything connected to it.
