Washer malfunctioning and lights blinking
It locks so I believe it fills with water cause my clothes are wet, doesn't spin but half ass drains and the lights blink. There it stops

Sounds like the machine needs to be reset. Google the reset process for your particular make and model machine and follow the instructions should fix your problem.
