Repair guides and hardware documentation for the HP EliteBook 720 G4, a 12.5 inch business laptop also produced under model names HP EliteBook 725 G4 and 820 G4. Find step by step disassembly guides, replacement part info, and hardware support for this framework.
Please confirm the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop as I cannot find any information online regrading the model you selected. Only Elitebook 720 G1 & G2 models but no G4.
Have you checked the status of the WWAN Network adapter in Device Manager → Network Adapters to make sure that it is installed OK?
