Water leaking from silver tap

As my tap was leaking from yesterday and for long time I doesn't touch it. It is leaking from the cap of tap.

Nithish, can you take some pictures of your tap so we can see what you're dealing with? There are so many different ones out there that we can't be sure of giving you good advice without more information.
