I used more than one type of glue and it did not help. Is there a specific glue tendency or another type of solution?

There are many purpose designed adhesives that you could try.
Search for best car interior rearview mirror adhesive. Here's just one example

Yes, there is a special glue for car mirrors. Go to your local auto parts dealer and ask for it.
