My headphone Scarlett hp60 one is not working he has no sound

It could be couple of issues.
- There is a broken wire inside headphones going to driver.
- Your 3.5 mm jack or connector is damaged
- The volume potentiometer is dirty and you need to clean it with isopropyl alcohol.
Troubleshooting usually requires opening headphones and checking continuity with multimeter.
