Softener and Bleach Containers
Water is no longer disbursing the softener and bleach from the containers during the cycle. Any ideas?

Assuming you have manual detergent and softener dispenser:
Does the WM complains about missing water? Do you see an error on the disply Exx (with xx as a two digit number)? Normally there are two water inlet valves and a water diverter. If there is no water coming at all, it would imply you did not open the water tap :-D If the water tap is open, than it sounds like one (or both) water valves does not work. Which can be caused by a lot of things .... (check if there is a kink in the hose).
If you have an i-DOS WM: Is the detergent and softener drawer fully in? Are the metal contacts of the i-DOS drawer clean (remove the i-DOS drawer completely. There are some contacts in the back). Did you overload the i-DOS drawer, so that the both pumps may got defect?). Does the WM shows you missing detergent and softener? (=sensors defect).

Hi, I have a similar problem in my i-DOS WM serie 8; the detergent liquid only isn't drawn by the WM unlike the softener which is drawn without problems. The sensors I guess is functional because I still can control the level of detergent and softener from the control panel but the issue as I said the detergent is not drawn!
Before, the WM was working without problems. Recently; about a year ago, the WM wasn't drawing either of detergent and softener so I removed the drawer completely, I sprayed the electronic connecter by metal cleaning spray, the softener got fixed and started to function properly but the detergent issue still persists.
another person who uses the same WM has cleaned the drawer many times before any of these problems occurred; the cleaning done by washing the whole drawer completely including the connector.
Note: the detergent liquid we use is thick.
Do you have any clue for this
