Hello All, I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S21 (unlocked) in December of 2021. I was overseas on vacation and removed my SIM card to not get random charges. When I returned my SIM card did not work. I got a new SIM card, no dice. Finally, I bought a new phone and put the SIM card in, it works! How can I start trying to repair the problem with my Samsung Galaxy S21 SIM card port or is there a software solution?

My go to would be checking software… check it’s up-to-date, perform a hard reset etc. give it a fresh start. This then out-rules most software related problems, then I’d start to consider hardware. Does it give any errors, do you see No Service or No SIM?

I have the same question. it said no sim. I tried to update the software already but it doesn't work. still NO SIM . it cannot detect my SIM card.
My S21 suddenly doesn't recognize the SIM card, I updated the software, did all my best to fix it.
Unfortunately untill now nothing.
It doesn't have screen but it works everything is fine just the screen is of in the wire is also cut the shining wire which is connected to the battery
