Why is my Ninja froze?
can't turn it by hand. It is like froze.

Likely a frozen bearing.
I could be a result of lack of lubricant, which might cause it to overheat and freeze up.
A disassembly is required to determine the problem.
My experience with other Ninja products were manufacturing defects and broken parts.
