repair horn button not working

Non operating horn, cruise control, air bags. Need to repair them.

2011 expedition and yes the fuses are good . I think it's in the clock switch in the steering wheel.

What is the year model of the vehicle?

Have you checked that all the fuses for the various components are OK, you never said?
