Hi @joedinatale,

What is the year model of the vehicle?

Does the vehicle have a key lock cylinder in the driver's door?

If so does the key insert OK into it?

If it doesn't it may be a faulty key.

If it does it may be a faulty ignition lock cylinder.

Have you got a spare key that you can try?
