Tab S6 Lite replacement screen touchscreen unresponsive

Hello,

I have a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (P615) with a broken screen. I am testing a replacement screen, but its touchscreen only responds when using the deviceĀ“s pen, no finger touch. Installing back the original broken module, everything work fine.

Does anyone have any idea of what the problem is? Faulty part perhaps?

Turns out it was a faulty part.

I found that it was case I bought from Amazon causing my tablet screen to go dark and unresponsive to touch. I switched to the case that came with and it solved the problem!
