My pro controller (2017) has a problem with its left stick that seems to double click when pressed down to the right. The right stick doesn’t do this. After opening it up, I noticed that the left stick has a loose part in the module that the right one doesn’t.
Is this a good question?

Thank you for this, I realised I had the same issue, glue didn’t hold so I use a small thin elastic band and wrapped it around the area to hold the loose part in place and now it no longer sticks:)

Eventually it's gonna fall off, but luckily it hasn't yet so gluing it into back into place should be easier. Use a small amount of a strong glue to put it back in position, if you don't want to replace the whole joystick. You can use your working joystick as a reference for where exactly it should be.
