Stick drift on both sticks

I like to play Minecraft on my iPad and recently bought the Nimbus+ and this controller is great for that, except after owning it only a few months, after playing for a bit, inevitably I start getting progressively worse drift on my right stick and then even sometimes eventually the left joins in. Is there a way to repair or replace these sticks, or perhaps even swap them with a hall effect sensor joystick?
