Lights up but unresponsive

Hi. My sons PS5 controller has stopped working. When the USB is plugged in, the orange light slow blinks once and 2 white lights appear below the touchpad. The controller is totally unresponsive.

I’ve connected it to my laptop and was able to update the firmware but it hasn’t resolved the issue. I’ve also tried several USB leads.

I’ve tried the soft and hard resets but no change.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

So this is a new one the lights should be blue on the sides with the bottom middle white I would expect this to show that the remote has some kind of issue or that something is dissconnected this is possibly a type of error code

Hi!

Usually when it’s showing that, it’s connected to something else.

I would try the reset once again. Just pressing the reset button won’t work tho.

I recommend to follow this one: https://youtu.be/o719sVRLWn0?is=cNDSdIKx...

Please let us know how that goes!
