Unfortunately you cannot bypass iCloud while keeping full device functionality, there are some work-arounds out there but you will not be able to install apps from the official app store or call or text as that is all barred by the activation token.

Just looks pretty!
You will need to contact the original owner to remove it from iCloud so you can then link it to your iCloud account.
And how do you do that?
To contact the original owner? By a message, email or phone I guess.
There is no way to remove the "Activation/iCloud/Find My lock". Apple did this with a reason. If you have bought the iPhone, the owner need to log out from iCloud, or better, format/reset it completely (it should ask the original owner to log out when "Find My" is enabled).
