my office chair is level facing one direction but when i swivel to different direction chair leans to left , i have tried it in different rooms, i tried a new gas lift cylinder, nothings bent, and wheels are fine

@sameus depends what the swivel mechanism looks like. Sometimes a mounting that is offset can cause this. Place a level on a different piece of your chair. When you move it see where it becomes out of level, check if there are any adjustments. A couple of pictures of the mechanism may also help.
