Hi
I have tried to use my headset with the usb plugged in to charge whilst in use steel series arctic 9x it worked for a few minutes then went off and I’ve not been able to power them up since

First, try changing the cable or testing it with another device to ensure it works. If not there is a pinhole under the ear cushion (non-mic side) that has a reset button. Use a paperclip to press down into it to reset the 9X. You should feel a circular bump which is the button. If this doesn't fix it, download the SteelSeries Engine from https://steelseries.com/engine to a desktop/laptop and update the headphones.

Had the same issue. It stoppped functionning a couple of months after buying it. Managed to get a new headset through warranty but 3 years later it did it again. Faulty model I presume
