Low sound at full volume

I remember when my device was new in my hand .. its sound was much more louder then it is now .. is there a way to resolve this at home or should i get the speakers replaced

Options

@yurdaddy_ clean the speaker opening of any debris first. Use some alcohol moistened cotton swab as well as a vacuum source for that. Only after having it cleaned can you determine if it is a speaker issue.
