Hi,

What is the year model of the vehicle?

Check if fuse #17 (15 Amp) in the passenger compartment fuse box is OK. This fuse supplies power to the audio amplifier in the vehicle.

If it is blown then there's always a reason why a fuse blows, so be aware that it may blow again, either immediately or soon after it has been replaced.
