My calculator keeps rejecting files.

So I have a TI-83 Plus calculator that is using a SilverLink Cable and it will not work with TI Connect. Every time I transfer a file, it keeps saying "Error in xmit". HOW DO I FIX!!!!!!

This one is a strange one!

Is you calculator up to date?

Also is the storage formatted in fat32?

If it is you can’t transfer files over 4GB so I would check that

Is the software up to date for it as there could be a known bug or issue that has been resolved in a newer version

If the above doesn’t work you might want to try reinstalling the calculators OS
