@Uday Dawar how did you check your motherboard. Did you try a new battery? Tried to reinstall your firmware? What have you tried before you changed your motherboard?

Did you try a soft reset? To do that, you press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until you see the Samsung Logo

Worst case you can boot into recovery mode (if possible) by following the instructions here
