Here's how to change the passenger compartment temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius, if this is what you meant.
To switch the temperature mode between Centigrade to Fahrenheit:
While pressing the MODE button, press the DUAL button for 3 seconds or more.
The display will change from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, or from Fahrenheit to Centigrade

Hi @erolmacc
On the heater/air con controls press and hold the Off button and then whilst still holding the Off button press the Auto button for >3 seconds and then release. This will change the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius and vise versa.
This is for a Sante Fe 2015
