jbl tune only flashes blue

Hello, I've been using the JBL Tune 500BT for 5 months. I hadn't used the headphones in two days, and when I tried to turn them on today, they didn't work. So I plugged it to charge, and the headphone lights were only white while charging (not red). After two hours of plugging in, the light is still white. When I tried to turn it back on, it didn't work. When I press the power button (not a long press as usual), the headphone lights up blue (no starting sound) for a few minutes before turning off. Has anybody else had this problem?

This is the second pair of JBL headphones I have purchase it is very disappointing all of a sudden they just stop working I had exactly the same issue with the previous pair
